Lord, we lift up this deacon who was trying to do the right thing by removing that name from the alleyway and ask for grace and peace for him as he has suffered this wicked attack on himself and his church. Lord, please soothe his broken heart and emotion and grant him grace to forgive his attackers, in Jesus' name, amen!
Father, in some acceptable way, convey the respect of Pakistani Christians for local police and Islamic police officials who protect them. Let very good will spread between Christians and Islamic authorities throughout Pakistan; let respect be demonstrated in ways that change Islamic hearts. Cause top Islamic police officials to set up more video-cams!
Father in Heaven, I pray that You will bless our brothers and sisters who are facing attacks and false accusations. Give them hearts of peace and forgiveness toward their persecutors.
