Father, thank you for an encouraging word from this region where believers face constant threat of persecution and suffering for their faith. I do ask that every one of these newly baptized believers would be able to grow and continue in their faith and to endure the sufferings that may come because of their belief.

Father, thank You for Your testimony in S. Leone. Praise You that You draw people to believe & love You despite persecution. Thank You for the persistence of the saints to baptize at night and rejoice together in Your name. Grant unity, oneness among the saints there to know that You alone are God and love must prevail.
