Please comfort Dan and Tee during this grim time. Assure them that their son is in heaven and will one day receive a new body. Dry their tears every time they cry and assure them that You have conquered death and some day will wipe away all tears. Help them to hang on tightly to every encouraging word they receive.

Lord - burden us with our brethren suffering and add weight to our prayers. We too shall be persecuted and making constant deposits into the suffering of our brethren will become evident not far from our present day. May I repent before you Lord as coldness and lukewarmness covers our churches like a blanket.
