May they be encouraged and refreshed and equipped for every good work, raising up a new generation of leaders for Your church.

Dear Father, it is difficult to hear of children and students in Bhutan being forced to participate in buddhist practices. May this retreat provide strength, encouragement, and perseverance for them to be strong and courageous for Jesus and know of Your love and care for them. May they grow up to be mighty defenders of the gospel in Jesus' Name. AMEN

Lord, I pray that Christian students who are expected to participate in Buddhist practices, will be strengthened & encouraged in their Christian faith by this up & coming retreat. Praying they be equipped to stand firm in Christ despite forced practices & that, through these students, the Lord will raise up a new generation of leaders for his church.

Father, may these students persevere in their faith in you. Guide them in how they should live when faced with difficulties. When they make choices based on your will for them, may it be done in a manner where others see Jesus living through them. Continue to give them courage and strength through these challenges. Merciful Father thank you for hearing the cries of the righteous and delivering them out of their troubles, being near to those who have a broken heart and saving those with a contrite spirit.
