Oh Lord God, I pray that this dear brother would be physically, mentally, and spiritually restored. Please work a miracle in his life and give him the mental clarity and strength to cling to You and declare the truth of Your gospel. I pray that he may have contact with other believers who could strengthen him in Your truth as well.

Lord, You know Wahid's heart and You know that his decision to follow You was real. Please restore Wahid's mental and emotional health and speak to him through dreams and visions of just how much You love him and care for him in the midst of this horrific, cruel act by his family. Lord, he needs to experience Your presence powerfully to be restored!

Lord, as I think about Wahid's situation, I am reminded of Peter's denial of Jesus, his friend. So, I pray that Wahid may experience forgiveness and restoration like Peter did. Place him in a right mind and grant him a pure heart devoted to Christ. Be his strength to endure any further persecution. Amen.

Dear Lord, I pray Your special blessing and presence with Wahid as he suffers through this spiritual nightmare. Restore his sanity and assure him, even in his comatose state, that You are with him and will never leave nor forsake him. Open the eyes of his family to their own blindness and touch their consciences with the cruelty of their actions.

Dear Heavenly Father, mental torture is the worst kind of torture. Our minds are the ones that can lead us back to You and know that You!
