Pastor Threatened Over Baptisms

A pastor who regularly baptizes Christian converts from Islam is being threatened. “I asked him if he might consider taking a break for a little while,” said a front-line worker. “His response was to send me videos of him baptizing more people.” While this courageous pastor continues to carry out the ministry work the Lord has called him to do, he and others serving in the Middle East do so under considerable stress. “Let us pray that God will give workers like this pastor and others in the same field the faithful stamina they need to carry out their ministry for the Lord over the long run,” the front-line worker said.
