Dear Lord, we pray for all of the Sudanese Christian refugees that they may find a new home in Egypt and not have to return to their country. lease keep them safe. We especially pray for Maida that she may not have to face prison time and that her children & husband may also come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior. We pray for all to come to Jesus

Thank You for Maida and her willingness to follow You even at great personal cost. It breaks my heart that she hasn't seen her children for several years and has been sentenced to prison in her home country. I pray that You would give her and front-line workers wisdom as they try to help her navigate legal processes. May they find favor.

Jesus, please meet Maida's angry husband much as You did Saul on the road to Damascus..send an affliction..send a Christian to pray for his release from torment. Cause the husband to drop all charges against Maida. Arrange a conciliatory meeting with her children in a safe place. If they receive Christ, let her children stay with her. Amen.

Lord, please comfort and encourage Maida and give heavenly wisdom to the front-line workers to help her. I do ask that she may be able to see her children again. Also, touch the accusers and give them an attitude of repentance, and allow them to hear the gospel and experience genuine Christian love.
