Dear Lord,
We pray for the Malian church that is facing oppression and threats from local jihadis. If they give them what they cannot afford, they fear the terrorists will return for more. As stated, we pray that Christians will keep their eyes focused on Christ and have Your wisdom to not stir up anger, but bring their oppressors to Christ.

Lord Jesus please protect the Malian churches that are being threatened by the jihadis. Show them your great power and mercy. Do whatever it takes to disband the Jihadis. Strengthen all the churches in Mali. Unify them. Save more and more souls in Mali. In your name I pray.

Father, You can provide the tax if You are willing and You can also thwart and forestall the jihadis at any time. Use this situation to strengthen Your people and convict the wicked of their wickedness. Set Your angels around these churches to guard them. Magnify their worship and praise of You. May Your people thrive in Mali, in Jesus' Name.
