Lord Jesus, we are grieved and heart broken to hear how our brothers and sisters in Christ are suffering at the hands of Boko Ham Islamists all over Africa. We lift up those devastated by these senseless and wicked acts of violence against them simply for wanting to follow Jesus to have joy and peace and also for this boy to know peace and grace amen.

Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness' sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Father, please protect and bless Cameroon Christians and raise up a standard when the enemy comes in like a flood. Drive Boko Haram out of the land. Please provide a safe place for the Christian community to thrive and worship in Jesus name amen.

Father, we cry out to you to rescue the Hidi people from the attacks of BokoHaram. Cause the leaders of Boko to fight among each other and be diminished and in disarray. Move the most endangered Hidi population to zones of safety and protection. Raise up youthful Hidi leaders who encourage and strengthen Hidi youth to be of good courage, without doubt.

Our hearts break for our fellow believers in Cameroon over the suffering they have to endure. May You always remind them that You love them regardless of the circumstances they face. May You be glorified in their suffering and may their faithfulness bear much fruit in their lives and in the lives of those around them. Please provide for them.

Father God, through your Holy Spirit, please generously grant Hidi youth the time they need to grow in grace, knowledge and salvation of your beloved Son, Jesus. As they learn to live as examples of your love and mercy, raise up among the Cameroon Hidi in IDP camps good shepherds and teachers for this young flock alongside your front-line workers.
