Lord Jesus, I do not know how to pray, but please be real to the family of these men that were killed standing up for your name. Help them through the grieving and give them a clear path forward. Please help them to remain strong in their faith despite this tragedy.

Father, grant these victims your supernatural peace and grace to overcome such horrific circumstances. Lord, they need Your presence and strength to forgive and continue living despite the outward fear and trauma they feel. Let them know they are loved and not alone.

Thank You for Amadou Thiombiano and Jeremi Thiombian and their willingness to follow You even at the threat of death. We pray that You would take care of Amadou's wife and children and help them as they process and grieve what happened. May You do the same for all victims of this tragic incident. May You use all things to work together.

Father we honor the faithfulness of the two martyrs and pray there will be a strong outpouring of sympathy and care from the surrounding Islamic community who witnessed the goodness of these men and their church community. Except a grain of wheat falls to the ground, it abides alone. Bring soul searching,repentance and conversion to Islamic neighbors!
