Father, what a sorrow the murder oft Ibrahim is! But what a witness he was for you, thank you! He fought the good fight, finished his course and is now resting with Christ Jesus. I ask you to provide for and protect his family. Bring them through this great grief with strong faith. Continue to advance your Kingdom in this area. In Jesus' name, Amen!

I thank you for Ibrahim's faith and bold witness, and that he has peace now with you in eternal life. I pray that you would work through his death to bring glory to you. Comfort his family, and provide for them in this time of mourning. Raise up new leaders in their church, that it would continue to grow.

Oh Lord, what a horrible thing to happen to this dear man and his family! I just pray for Your provision and protection, and mostly Your comfort as they face the future without this precious warrior.

Father, I pray for the family of Ibrahim who was killed for his faith in Jesus in Ethiopia. Bring the peace of Christ to them as they grieve his loss of husband and father. Supply their needs and place a hedge of protecting angels around their family and church. Draw the Muslim who killed him to Jesus and save him. Grow Your Kingdom in Ethiopia. Amen

I join others around the world in praying for comfort for Ibrahim's grieving family and with these prayers may the family find strength though knowing they are not forgotten. May Ibrahim's love for others to know Christ was so deep as to face the threats of death result in more Muslims coming to Christ.

Father God, thank you that Ibrahim is enjoying his eternal reward in your presence. But his wife and children who are left behind are hurting and need you desperately.
