Dear LORD, I pray this brother would be strong in thee and the power of thy might. I pray he does this by being sanctified daily in thy word according unto the King James Bible. I pray his witness would be strong in Laos both among family and those who observe the comfort he receives from thee. I pray his longsuffering and patience worketh joy.

Father, I lift up my brother, Dong, to You. I pray Your encouragement over him as he has been betrayed by his sons because of following You. Please remind Dong that Christ was betrayed by friends, & our Great High Priest sympathizes with him. Please strengthen his faith in You. Provide for his needs. Help him have a community of believers to lean on.

Father, we lift up Dong to You and ask for grace and peace in the midst of this terrible rejection and betrayal and pray for reconciliation for between Dong and his sons as they soften and finally accept the truth of the gospel through Dong's patience and love and grace in the midst of suffering. Please supply Dong's physical needs and grant him grace.

Father, I can't imagine my children doing this to me. I know your Word says your family will turn on you, and Dong knows what that feels like. I pray you comfort and strengthen him. I ask you to provide for him and bless him. I pray for his sons; open their eyes to the truth. Deal with their hearts. Move in this situation and speak to hearts.

O Lord, provide for Dong as he holds firm to his faith in Jesus Christ. Bless him with a Christian community who will stand strong with him. Strength them soul and body according to your will. Remind Dong that you weep with him because of the rejection of his sons and his village, yet his eternal reward awaits him. May your Spirit open their eyes. Amen

Father, as all other forms of income and support have been removed from Dong I pray that your continued provision for him would be the evidence that would spark faith in his community and family. When he has no other hope I pray that others would recognize the power of hope based in you alone. Give dong courage to be the light in this dark time.
