LORD, I pray that Simon has recovered according to Your will & reconciled to his family. I pray the villagers were brought to a place of repentance of their sins- worship of false gods, idolatry, & murderous hearts and actions. May they have broken and contrite hearts which received Your word in the A1611 Bible and this man's witness. In Christ's name

Thank You for Simon and his family and their willingness to follow You even when it means being beaten into a coma by their own families. It is difficult to not look down on a people who will do such dastardly deeds; yet You still love us and are willing to forgive us. Please heal Simon from his injuries and provide for the safety of his family.
