Jesus, come to help Sohail. Give him wisdom and courage. I pray for physical healing for his wife. Please soften the hearts of his family that they repent of the evil they have done to Sohail and find faith and forgiveness in You.

Help them to remain strong in their faith, and to rejoice in their suffering with Jesus. May the light of Jesus shine through them and draw others to Christ.

Almighty God, You see our brother Sohail, and know him. You are able to make all grace overflow to him, so that he will always have all sufficiency in everything and an abundance for every good deed. Use these frequent kidnappings and interrogations as a platform for him to share the gospel to hearts You have prepared. Grant his wife grace in her pain

Lord Jesus, we know that You see the suffering of our brother Sohail and his wife. Though they weep for a night, we trust You that joy comes in the morning! Father, please provide strengthen in their souls, healing in her body, and abundant provision. Grant that they might escape this harassment yet continue to be a strong witness to his family.

If you belonged to the world, the world would treat you with affection and would love you as its own. But because you are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, the world hates you." You are of God's world-rejoice!

Lord, help Sohail, his wife and family. They cannot endure unless you intervene. We ask for that intervention. Without you they are lost.

Father God, in the name of Jesus, I ask that you bring relief to Sohail and his wife for all they are going through. Please bring the thoughts of family members to "wonder" WHY they are so violent against Christians in their own family and that their thoughts are wrong. Help them to see the truth of Jesus Christ alone. Thank you Lord.
