Lord, you prepare a table for Matthew in the presence of his enemies. Help his love for Jesus and for others create a hunger in those who persecuted him. Give him favor that he could not even imagine! Fight the enemy of our souls on his behalf, and fight for the salvation of those who persecuted him. Teach him the sensitivity to hear your voice .
