Comfort these students God as they suffer for Your sake. Bear them up and help them to see Your purpose in these circumstances. May they be released soon from prison just as Peter was and may they have much cause to rejoice in Your work and will.

Thank you for these believers in Iran, Lord. We praise you that you are doing a work there and ask for your Holy Spirit to move in a mighty way. Please ground these believers in the truth of your Word and give them wisdom and boldness to share you with others whose hearts you have prepared to hear your truth. Protect them and provide for them richly.

Please keep these students safe. I pray they would be returned home to their families. May they continue to be strong & bold in their faith. Provide them with opportunities in every situation to share Your good news & love with those around them, & give them guidance, courage & wisdom in doing so. May they trust in You. How amazing is your Grace, our Father, that you should give great purpose to these students. May they be released from prison to do your good works in Iran and may the revival that is happening in this country spread throughout the world that Christ might be lifted up and draw all men to Himself.

Father, I ask that you bless the courage of these young people and bring them to safety for the sake of their families. Give them strength in the midst of these circumstances and CONVICT the hearts of their oppressors so that the work of Jesus Christ may continue in Iran. Wow thank you Lord for the passion these people have for Jesus! Lord bless them, let their faith grow stronger everyday, and let signs and wonders follow them. Lord Jesus I commit the 21 Christian students that have been arrested by the Iranian Authorities for their involvement in house churches into your care. Our God, we ask that you will greatly use this imprisonment to advance these students' goal to be agents of transformation in Iran. I pray for those students whose families are not believers; that you would begin the transformation there. Help them be released and to have clear direction about how to proceed.
