Abba watch over your Church in Afghanistan. Comfort & strengthen those in prison; refine & use their faith. Give wisdom to those who are interrogated & give them opportunity to testify to the power of the Gospel. Work through your Church to save the Taliban. Provide a home & family for those returning as refugees; may your Church be a safe haven. Amen
Oh Lord, pray for those who have been forced to return to Afghanistan. Please give wisdom in dealing with the Taliban and to remain faithful.

Dear Lord, at times it is hard to understand the hardship of believers around the world. They were able to flee the Taliban only to be deported back to their countries where they undergo questioning and persecution. Lord, this is frightening for these brothers and sisters! Yet we recognize that you are allowing some light to come back into this dark place. Please use the witness of these believers to ignite a wildfire that takes over this land and destroys the darkness. Strengthen and equip them to endure, and use each one mightily wherever they find themselves.
Father, you are the same God we read about in the scriptures. You change not; your power remains the same. I place each Christian in your hand.
