May they hold fast to Your promises and believe by supernatural faith in Your goodness even as they suffer so much. Gracious Father God, the people of Northern Mozambique urgently need Your protection from this surge of hate and violence. It is a great evil for someone to mercilessly murder another. Please restrain the works of the evil one, the murderer from the beginning. Bring deep repentance to the attackers or anyone who would even think of doing such violence.

Father, many of Your children in Mozambique are struggling and grieve the loss of loved ones and fellow believers. May Your Holy Spirit comfort those who mourn and strengthen them to continue serving You and offer the hope of salvation through Jesus the Messiah. May their attackers turn from sin, repent, and call upon the name of the Lord and be saved.

Father God, the cowardice of the wicked is hard to take. Help us not be tempted to hate them, but to pray as our Lord instructed, and to even "love" them. We humbly look to Jesus who died for us. Please heal, help and protect the Christians in the region. Bind up the broken hearted and give them strength beyond themselves in Jesus' name.

Abba for some reason all of Africa has become extremely violent because of the ill treatment they have received for years. Please give them a loving and forgiving heart. May they know and except Jesus the Son of God who has already paid for our sins, gone to heaven to prepare a mansion for us. Heaven is our home. May these know this truth & rejoice

I pray you would give them strength and perseverance and may their testimony bring many of these groups to their knees.
