Dear Heavenly Father,
My heart breaks for this pastor's wife and daughter as they endure this huge loss. Be with them Lord! Comfort them and give them Your peace! Help them to heal, to even forgive through Your strength. May these attackers be convicted and turn to You!

Father, Thank you for Leviticus who was faithful and died for you. May his wife be comforted in his loss and proud that her husband was bold and faithful to you. May she have the faith and courage to continue in her faith even with the loss of her husband and son. Please help his wife and daughter forgive the attackers and may they be saved.

Please have mercy and compassion on this Pastor's wife and family. O Lord, we rejoice that Pastor Leviticus and Godsend are with You. But, the pain, Lord of those left behind. Please minister to his family and friends as only You can. The persecution of Nigerian Christians saddens us deeply. May all the true Christians find courage in You!!

O God, You sent Godsend to be a blessing to Leviticus and his family. Now that You have taken both of them into Your bosom we ask You to bring comfort to his wife and daughter. We also ask You to provide shelter, safety and healing for them. Use Your Church to surround them with love in an emotional and tangible way as examples to their community.

Father, we thank you for the life of pastor Leviticus indeed you are the one who sustained him and enabling him to seal his testimony with his blood. Father, it is so sad to hear of the loss of this pastor and his son and I know that there is a lot of suffering and pain that the wife and daughter are dealing with. Lord, I can't even fathom the kind of evil and depravity that would do such a thing, yet I know also that we are saved by grace. I pray that those who killed Your servants would come to faith in Christ. I pray they also would be brought to justice. I pray for his wife and daughter and the horrific grief they must feel. Lord we grieve the loss of precious life and I pray for those left behind to be comforted by You. I pray for You to draw near to them and that they would feel it. I pray they would remain close to You and be able to find hope. I pray for provision and a place to stay for them and food and clothes and what they need to survive as a widow.
