Holy Father, how grateful we are that You walk with us when we are persecuted for the name of Jesus. Help Your people to stand strong and bear witness through their lives and their words to the gospel of Jesus Christ. Open doors to hearts that would not have been opened except through these circumstances by the Holy Spirit.

Father, thank You for the Christians in Sri Lanka. I pray that they would stand firm in their faith and that You would give them strength. I pray that You would help the believers and fill them with Your Holy Spirit. Please turn the hearts of the monks to You. In the Name of Yeshua, Amen.

Father, I pray for this congregation. and their pastor. I pray you give them strength and wisdom in knowing how to deal with these monks. I pray that you help them overcome any fear Satan may put upon them. I pray your Spirit flows from them so mightily that those around them will feel Him and realize their need for you. Dear Lord, we praise You for the believers of the Assemblies of God church. Increase their faith, let it be greater than a mustard seed (Luke 17:8.) May the words of Jesus in Luke 18:29-30 encourage them. For the sake of the kingdom of God, they will be repaid both now & in the eternal life to come. Dear Lord, please provide justice for those who are being attacked. Lead, guide, and protect them, and strengthen their faith in the face of this persecution. Soften the hearts of their enemies so that they too may know the love of Christ.

Bless the pastor of this church and our brothers and sisters who worship there. Thank You that their presence is seen as a threat to the kingdom of darkness. Grant them grace to extend forgiveness and love to those who threaten them. May they remain steadfast in their faith and put Christ on display in this village. Holy Spirit use them to draw others

Heavenly Father, I give you thanks for these steadfast Christians who continue to worship. I pray that you will give them added strength when they know that other believers are praying for them. Lord you ask us to pray for the persecuted, but you also ask us to pray for the persecutors. Help them to come to you as new believers with changed hearts.
