Father, thank You that the pastor learned of the plans against himself and the church and was able to flee with his family to safety. Father, I bring him to You to ask that You will faithfully guide his footsteps, that You will yet open for him the opportunity to help Your body grow in faith and love. Grant him peace, endurance, patience and comfort.

Father, thank you for sparing the lives of the pastor, his family, and church family. Lord, with all the Christians gone, there is no influence for You in this region. May your Spirit work on the hearts and minds of those who drove out the Christians and may they desire to know more about Jesus. Give wisdom and guide pastor Panhoue and protect them.

In any event, I pray that he and his family will continue to find refuge and strength in You because You are their ever present help in time of need. Lord you have said where we go the gospel will spread. In your grace open a path of safety for Pastor Panhoue and his family to return to their village and reopen the church. We can do nothing without you. It is all up to your strong right arm to plant Pastor back in his village and create protection for him and other Christians to minister there. Amen

Father and Creator, I just want to say thank You for keeping Pastor Panhoue and his family safe in such a terrifying ordeal. I can't imagine the feeling of loss they must have losing their home and church, but Lord I pray also for the community that dispersed after his leaving. I pray that they spread your gospel everywhere they go, and preach Jesus!
