Oh Heavenly Father, comfort those who mourn over Pastor Kura. Hold them is the Palm of Your Hand and give them strength and resolve. Bring to justice those who perpetrated this heinous act. Allow them no rest till they confess there sins and come to asaving knowledge of Jesus Christ.

Lord, as I pray for the Fulani people because of this month's VOM newsletter, I'm saddened to see this report that a pastor in the area has been killed. Please sustain his wife and children, not only physically, but also in their faith. Please use this incident for your glory.

Oh God, Father to the fatherless and Husband to the widow. Cause Your people to care for the widow and children of this dear brother. Deliver them from bitterness, hatred and fear. Be their portion and comfort. Grant them peace, courage and strength. Use what the enemy has meant for evil to turn out to Your glory. Cause them to love their enemies.

Father, I am thankful that Pastor Joseph was able to spread the gospel when he did. I know that the family must be grieving his passing but thank the lord they can see him one day .
