Please soften the hearts of the leaders to see what a loyal and good man Mr. Wru is and want him to remain. May others come to know you, Jesus because of Me. Wru:

I pray that Wru and his family will stand firm in their faith and uncompromised. I pray that the whole village will be convicted by this and come to know you as Lord and Savior Jesus. I pray for salvation of the headman of the village particularly. I pray these people will stop being petty and bitter when people disagree with what they believe. Amen.

I pray each believer would support & encourage one another during this time of trial. I pray their faithful witness would be used to bring others in the community to saving faith.

Oh I can empathize with the loss of a welcoming community! Lord, may you encourage your saints with daily reminders of their reward in heaven for a firm faith. I pray that this resolve and holding fast to godly ways will influence unbelievers in their village. Yet, even if hostility escalates, may Mr. Wru and his fellow Christians cling to Jesus. Amen.

Father, continue to bless and encourage Mr. Wru as he stands strong in the power of Your might. Though it's painful to be ostracized and endure persecution from other villagers, enable Mr. Wru to persevere and obediently walk the path of suffering that Jesus walked before him. Despite the contention with the headman, may Mr. Wru find favor with others.

Lord, please grant grace and peace to Mr. Wru, who has suffered disgrace for not cooperating with village leaders with his mother's funeral's plans. Father, grant Mr. Wru the chance to share the hope of the gospel with village officials and also grant him grace to forgive those who are persecuting him for his faith and continue to give him boldness.

Father, I lift up my precious brother Wru & would You speak hope, courage, & everything he needs right now to his heart. TY for helping him to process the grief of losing his mother at this time. Would You lift him & others up who are being threatened w eviction. TY You have a home for them. May the village headman hear Your calling upon his heart

Use him to break through darkness near him by the power of the Holy Spirit. Establish a stronghold of believers who can fellowship together, growing in understanding and wisdom. Let those persecuting come to faith.

Dear Jesus, I pray that You would encourage Wru and show him that his relationship with You is of far more value than any other one he could have in his village. Father, you see Wru and the other Christians in this village who are serving you. You see the opposition. Jesus you said we would face persecution. Give Wru and the others wisdom in knowing how to handle this. I pray for those who oppose them; may their eyes be opened to the truth. Deal with their hearts. Lord, guide your children, strengthen them.

Thank You that Mr. Wru stood firm and did not compromise his beliefs. Please continue to strengthen him and other Christians in his village so that they do not waver and deny the faith.
