Father, Your Church isn't a physical structure, but a living body comprised of saints, and the gates of hell won't prevail against it. Regardless of the building's condition, encourage and strengthen our Nepali brothers and sisters in Christ to fight the good fight of faith until they depart through death or unite with Jesus at His glorious appearing.

Thank You for our brothers and sisters in Nepal and their willingness to gather together for worship despite violent persecution by Hindu radicals. I pray that You would strengthen them and be glorified through their hardship. May their persecutors repent and come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. May You provide everything they need

May our Nepali brothers and sisters take comfort in their identification with Christ, who was also maligned and falsely accused. Deliver them from bitterness and the desire for revenge. Fill them with love for their persecutors, a love which the Holy Spirit can use to open blind eyes and soften hard hearts to the gospel.
