Thank You that Christians in the Batticaloa region of Sri Lanka had a burden to reach this village deep in the jungle, and that the village leader agreed to allow them to build a church there. Once the land is procured, and the building process begun, create an interest in the hearts of the people to know more about Jesus Christ and His love for them.

Almighty God. We praise You for Your faithfulness and mercy on the new church planned in Sri Lanka. We pray for the church to be firmly established in this village and the whole area. We pray for the church to be a blessing and the gospel to spread. In Jesus most precious name, the great love of God and the fellowship of the great Holy Spirit Amen.

Thank you that the village leaders are favorable toward a church. May Jesus, our Savior be glorified in all the plans being made. Protect them from those who hate you & want to persecute these. Amen.

Thank You for graciously using this outreach to allow for the building of a church. I pray that qualified men would be found to lead it and that they could find land to build on. May the hearts of the villagers be softened and prepared to respond to the truth as they watch the church being built, and may Christians be prepared to minister there.
